In order to have a web site on the Internet, you have to "host" that site on a computer known as a web server. You can use your own computer or more commonly you can pay someone else to host your web site on their computer. Surf's Up Web Design offers three web hosting plans designed to meet the varying needs of your business. All of our plans include generous amounts of disk space, bandwidth, and software options. There are NO setup fees for any of the plans.

• The ability to manage your own DNS entries

14-day guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hosting, request cancellation within the first 14-days and I will refund your hosting fee.

Refund Policy

Hosting fees are non-refundable after the initial 14-days and there will be NO refunds if services are cancelled before the end of the hosting term.

Hosting Services Disclosure

Surf's Up Web Design believes in being honest with its customers. There are a number of web hosting companies out there who sell hosting services and never disclose the fact that they do not own the servers or the network that you are being hosted on. We provide hosting as a service to our customers, but we do not own or maintain the servers. We use a third-party company to provide and maintain the servers that will host your web site. Together we provide the best possible service for you and your web site and strive to maintain a 99.5% uptime rating with a limited amount of down time for server maintenance.
